Please note that orders to US & Internationaldestinations may vary depending on the weight and type of mailing serviceselected. Store orders will get shipped accordingly depending on the mailingservice you chose for your order.



Thedelivery is free shipping by default. If you prefer a fast and quickway, please choose the option of DHL delivery. Shipping fees arenon-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from WD420 Glass, you will be heldresponsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning thepackage to us.



Ifyour tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can’tfind it: Within 24 hours of expected delivery, please do the following actions& measures stated below:


1.     Verifythe shipping address.

2.     Lookfor a notice of attempted delivery.

3.     Lookaround the delivery location for your package.

4.     See ifsomeone else accepted the delivery.

5.     Somepackages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever elseyou receive mail.


Ifyou have completed all of these appropriate measures, please submit a claimwith the carrier that delivered the package. Once the claim has been submitted,please email us at



Ifyour order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out ofstock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund toyour original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.

Anirregular or excessive returns history

Anirregular or excessive returns history involving used, altered, laundered,damaged, or missing items; or,

Potentialfraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly,WD420 Glass reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns to anycustomer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
